Place is dying a slow death anyway. None of the English boards seem any better? Are chat forums in general dying a death or have folk gravitated to moderated forums? Is what it is.
To consistently post contrarian and extreme (in a football sense in case MI6 are watching) viewpoints them complain when few agree with you takes some brass neck.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Think a lot of us have found home lives taking over, less spare time to mince about on the internet, and there are more avenues to chat bollox online than there's ever been so it's a crowded space.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Also lost some good posters and maintained some weird ones who clearly aren’t used to social interaction.
Still a lot more good than bad has came from this forum. Met some great folk, and silver.

Will try fit that line into the Xmas poem

"Spurs will pump Rangers on Thursday"
Depends which Spurs turn up. They could go all "Spursy" and have a ' mare or it could be the Spurs that turned up at the Etihad and done City 0-3. Think that was the last game they've actually won. Been beaten by the mighty Ipswich and Bournemouth.

Spurs scoring goals isn't too much of a problem
Spurs conceding stupid goals is their problem.
So given Rangers recent run of luck I would expect misplaced passes, wicked deflections and clumsy tackles all to go in Rangers favour

I'm expecting a tight game on Thursday night tbh. Rangers belatedly seemed to have worked out where the opposition goal is. As CS said, Spurs are conceding stupid goals. Haven't seen the 4 they conceded yesterday. Two penalties I think. If you can concede goals to Ipswich & Bournemouth, you can concede to Rangers methinks.

Saw a bbc reporter ask Clement if they were feeling more confident now that the team seem to be 'in the groove'. Not sure what they meant by that but Rangers were rotten yesterday and really laboured.
I expect them to really struggle in the next two games.

Hmmm
Both Ipswich and Bournemouth would run riot against Rangers.
The EPL has become systematic and most teams train and develop players similarly so that now the gap between teams is so fine that any one of them is capable of beating the other on a given day.
It’s still viewed as the most competitive and exciting in the world but also now being seen as becoming sanitised.
And at that level they are all capable of hammering a mediocre Rangers side that might be starting to just find some form that will get them second place in a Scottish league.
Something will have to change dramatically for any result other than a decent Spurs win.
I’m more concerned for Sunday as at some time and on law of averages they will click on a day we aren’t at our best. It’s a one off game and whilst we should win; it’ll be very tight.

Exactly where I am at right now.
We should be beating Rangers and the fact they will attack us should play into our style better than them sitting in. However, when form is for you it gives confidence and while I poke fun at the numbers of goals Rangers have had recently from defelections and misplaced passes etc it gives confidence to pressure the opposition into it. I reckon Rangers will come out fast and go man on man on our defence and midfield to try to steal the ball in our passing out

Mark Viduka insists Celtic have the greatest fans in the world.
But he has predicted Dinamo Zagreb to edge the Champions League showdown in the battle of his former clubs.
The Australian owns a coffee shop in the Croatian capital and will be at the Maksimir Stadium as a guest of Dinamo.
He moved from Dinamo Zagreb to Celtic in a £3.5 million move in 1998 and after a bumpy start, when he returned home Down Under after citing stress, he eventually became a Hoops hero after netting 27 goals in his only full season before sealing a big money move to Leeds United after just 18 months at Parkhead.

Bad omens for the cup final … Last time we’d a long weekend break in Edinburgh was in April 2022, SC OF semi. Went for a late lunch with us leading 1-0, I think … came out and we’d lost 2-1 AET with a Starfelt OG. So guess where we’re off to this weekend? ….

No fears for Sunday.
Suddenly they've found a bit of form and we should be wary. Not buying it. Yes it's a one off and "anything can happen". Realistically we should win with a bit to spare.
More interested in can we get a result tomorrow evening? Don't buy their "injury crisis" BS.
