Midweek game innit. No point going all out when in such a good position.

How is that not a penalty for trying out loud?

Good article Fred

Agree with most of it and yes, the penalty was exceptionally soft, but I’ll take it.

We just keep winning, it’s kinda weird.

You said "despite getting the win, we really didn’t look great".
I'd prefer to say we really didn’t look great but still got the win.

Most concerning for me is Darwin Nunez, how much longer are we going to keep saying about him fulfilling his potential ?

He is starting to become a bit of a liability with the chances he spurns. I honestly believe we should have put Newcastle out of sight with some of the chances he missed in that game and there are countless others as well.

We cannot keep saying he is a rough diamond or there is a player in there, or that he creates chaos.

We look at completely different team with Jota in the side.

Well he’s going to see out the season regardless so it’s getting to the point where criticising him starting while we have no other choice is largely redundant.

Yes I agree, but recently Slot has been playing Diaz up the middle.

There is going to come a time where we are going to have to address it one way or another though.

Either he improves, or he moves on. I hope he improves.
