Ratcliffe is making difficult, but correct, decisions. Why should all staff get a £100 bonus each year? For what reason?? Just for turning up????
Our tickets should cost more because we are a Premier League powerhouse, the fact Fulham was a more expensive ticket was a commercial disgrace.
We are going to be more profitable on and off the pitch.
