Need to just have a straight knockout world cup, no seeding, just a straight draw, home or away.

Vanuatu v Italy
Niger v Brazil
England v Myanmar

Would be fun to see which fixed home tie England would eventually lose.

Apparently this was done to cheat the system FIFA themselves set up to ensure each confederation got to host the tournament.

The last world cup in Qatar was Asia's tournament so, officially, it was supposed to go to North America, South America, Africa, and Europe before going back to Asia. This would mean the next Asian world cup wouldn't be until 2042.

2026 in North America was set, but they wanted to give 2034 to Saudi for the money. So they accepted a joint bid between Spain, Portugal and Morocco for 2030, which let them claim it was Europe and Africa both getting to host.

They then decided to play three matches in South America so that they could claim that Soith America had also hosted a World Cup and so it was rightfully Asia's turn again in 2034.

Crazy that Morocco get a WC before Britain does. Then again we effectively had the 2020 Euro's here.

Don't think that is really fair, tbh. South Africa are the only nation from that continent that has had one, and even with this Morocco are only getting a couple of games.

Let us not forget, Morocco have got to a WC semi-final more recently than England...

England also got the last euros. AND are hosting the next ones. So essentially England play 1 game out of two whole tournaments away from Wembley. Which was at a random venue playing a war ravaged Ukraine.

What are the English paying UEFA for this privilege? Must be more than the Saudis are paying UEFA to host one world cup in their history?
