Just sent this to my vpn provider in response to their latest invoice :

Hi,

I have not used the service for several months, due to being unable to log on on my new ipad.

Last time I asked for instructions, your team seem somewhat unimpressed by my request for assistance, so I have not asked again.

Seeing as I am paying for the service though, I would like to use it, so I would appreciate it if someone could explain to me in simple terms how to do so. If they could do this without giving the impression that answering my query is about as interesting to them as pulling out their own teeth, and without giving the impression that they think i am a contender for idiot of the decade, that would be appreciated.
