Funny story though:

Going through the checklist (family history, illnesses, infections etc etc... ) then comes the lifestyle bit...

Smoke? Quit
Drink? Not problematic

Then she says (sort of audible, but partly under her breath) "Recreational drugs... don't need to ask that..."

We looked at each other like "shall we say anything? Nahhh"
