just pull up the list of countries and spot the ones that meet the rule of only using E, I or U and then check the consonants

I was bored cheers

Oh that sucks, it's better if you do it off the top of your head. That's what I did.

So David Lammy went too far for you huh?

Felt McDonnell should have been more careful with what he said given he was actually involved in the Camden council for many years and now it turns out blocks there have issues

Well I follow him on twitter and he spends every day tweeting how we need more ANSWERS NOW! and that HEADS SHOULD ROLL! and that THE GOVERNMENT IS COVERING IT UP!

Whilst I know that the kensington council (I think its that one) appear to be useless, it isn't as immediate as everyone patiently thinks. I feel Lammy is trying to go over the top to get people on his side, more of a political gain than anything.

KTMO is more the organisation under question than the council i think. If the council was putting budgetary pressure on the TMO obviously that will be the link.

Tbh if the cladding was an acceptable material back then, then who can we blame? With time engineering rules and regs change. Plenty of buildings have asbestos in still.

The governing body needs to make sure that this mistake isn't made again, that is all.

That is true but there is cladding which isnt recommended by surveyors and insurers which still technically passes building regulation depending on the year it was installed.

posted on 30/6/17

Its the same with cars (as I said on the other thread) a 95 ford mondeo wouldn't pass today's automotive standards but you can't recall or rechange stuff every time new standards/regulations are written.

Venus Williams accidently killed a bloke, isn't that still manslaughter?

No but insurers tend to refuse to insure or triple the rate for unfavourable stuff like this.

Besides the cladding was put in like a year ago anyway so its clearly not that same issue as i've brought up here

Dont they need to prove negligence?

Also, Charlie not being allowed to be tested on in America. Thoughts?

posted on 30/6/17

Oh was that cladding put in recently? I thought it was done at the time of building? I haven't really looked into it, but if thats the case then it falls on the regulatory body for allowing a material like that to be used on high rise flats

I don't understand the law. I just wondered that if an average joe accidently killed a bloke by a mistake, would they get punished?

No the little kid who is being taken off life support but there was a very very experimental procedure in america that could have helped him (very unlikely though)

I think you'd have to prove dangerous driving for it to be manslaughter in those instances

I think i'd have let them go if it were down to me personally. The doctors believed the treatment would cause him unnecessary pain though right?

Yeah pretty much, too inhumane for EU governing body but not for Murika
