So in one of my favourite seasons the Master was revealed to have regenerated into a female time lord. It was a great twist imo.

This would be a bigger deal had that not have already occurred.

No idea who the actor is tbh, i dont follow enough English TV. Thats usually a good thing with Doctors though.

Obvs not, the switch was done so well within the story. They have also shown that s x isnt a factor in regeneration so dont have to explain

Edin so itk reckons we close go signing someone from Italy. Anyone decent as cant say I've seen much from the league for a few years.

Prob some young unknown player though

Depends on the position, there are a lot of decent italians.

I think almost every Juve player would start in our team, for example.

Fair enough Blarmy, I don't mind the female Doctor but can understand some poeple who like the Male/Female assistant dynamic.

A female James Bond would suck though.

I think they are overkilling female leads these days tbh

They dont need a female Bond tbh

So many other films get made in that genre you just write more female led spy thrillers

I've got nothing against a female lead at all!

The Alien franchise wouldn't of been the same without Sigourney

Other strong female leads:

Kill Bill
T2 JD
Speed
Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon
Underworld and many more

But some of the leads in recent years have been very questionable notably SW TWA and Ghostbusters

Salt is another.

They keep mixing it up regards whether Bond is a codename/agent position or actually the same character played by different people

I think it should be who is best for the role whatever seeex or race..

But I feel recently they are adding more females in roles for the sake of having females in roles, so it shuts the feminazis up
