Had another baby, extended and refurbished our house (moved out for 6 months whilst it was happening), got busy at work, got busier at work, got even busier at work.

new bathroom and now having kitchen done .. new boss at work .. put on a stone this yr so need to get sorted and start working out again. Congrats on the baby

I've been here over a year now. I'm in Vancouver Island, it's frigging beautiful. I get over to Van occasionally but not to the States yet. Planning to do the trip by boat in spring.

There's plenty of ex-pats here. The CL final was fun

Spent a good bit of the day in bed, with a chest cold. eventually got up and went to chemists and done the shopping. Had to change my t shirt twice due to nose bleeds. FFS

A1 been on the old nosebag again tut tut.

I had a day off to do exciting things at home, like tidying the garage and window cleaning
