What we all think? PL should be voided?
----------------------------------------------------------------------
I anyways thought it wasn’t done by end of June then it should so it doesn’t impact on next season, contracts etc

Right now I couldn’t really care and just hope we do what’s best for health and safety and not risk anything for money

I guess it also varies on how long this goes on for. If the PL doesn’t pick up again until next Jan, then might as well carry on the season.

If it looks like it can start in Sept, just void the season.

Have you been to NWHL ?
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Yes.

Just went for the tour as my break between jobs coincided with an international break. Stunning.

Ahh I did the tour just before Xmas. They make you shout Come on you Spurs?
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Yeah that was super cringey! Good echo though.

Did he tell you the story about Sandro (I think) smashing the fack out of the walls in the old training room?

Clubs are going to financially facked if we void this season and have to pay back tv money though.

Bales I found the profit/loss for last year and it’s grim reading for some

Bournemouth who we spoke about made a £32m loss
Everton £112m loss ( all though they have a rich owner to make up the loss if needed )

The Swiss ramble thread is good.

I don’t think clubs would be financially racked though as even if they have to pay off the difference they can easily subsidise any consolidated debt and carry it through into further tax years. I’m sure FFP will be void for a couple of years subsequently.

TV money from the games remaining? How would that fack clubs up. I’m guessing clubs like Bournemouth maybe had another 2-3 televised games on Sky/BT.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Domestic TV, Overseas TV, and Central Commercialization
The former is spread out evenly across all 20 Premier League clubs, however, the latter is split with 50% going to clubs, 25% being merit-based and distributed on league standings, and 25% given out as facility fees.

Who was your tour guide? The old boy?
----------------------------------------------------------------------
We had a younger lad lead it, I had a chat with the old boy on the way round though

Yeah 'pool can get facked. Despite the world going to absolute chit I will definitely laugh to myself if it gets voided and they miss out.
