The guy in mention on a school ski trip was snowboarding in the states and at the top of a slope realised he needed a pee. So he went in the bushes and snowboarded down the slope. Only at the bottom did he realise he had his meat and two veg out and that is why it was so windy . Would’ve gone past so many people and kids as well, lucky he didn’t get out on a register.
In terms of career though hes in some investment capital job I believe in 150+ for sure.

As someone else said if you need fans on television to enjoy the sport perhaps you're not actually that into the sport”
For me it’s the equivalent of watching a film without any background music that helps enhance it.
You get the picture and dialogue but it’s missing a important bit that helps tie the event all together
What are your thoughts as there are a lot of factors here, not just what ‘feels’ right?
Personally I think if they HAVE to finish the prem (they don’t) and it needs to be behind closed doors then so be it.
Yeah it won’t be the same but it shouldn’t really be an issue when something this huge has happened.
It’s obvious, if it isn’t safe yet, you don’t let anyone in.
You just throw the players in....
Yea it needs to be done and finished but it is rubbish watching it.
Obviously be better when you’ve got a team you follow though as you’ll be more invested in to the match
Which is another dilemma, the players... (notwithstanding the misdemeanours from several high profile players before and during the pandemic...the utter titts)
I suppose if the players didn’t want to play on then the PFA would have got involved so if they are prepared to play (constantly getting tested too?) then good luck in your empty stadia with your terrible lockdown barnet etc Just get the Prem done!
Some players have spoken out: Rose and Deeney for example , there will need to be a consensus.
Maybe I’m getting too far ahead of what’s actually happened in discussions tho. Tbh not really read or watched anything footy related apart from Euro96 and and that Foot-golf thing at WHL

Agree it’s a terrible watch.
Surely every prem team have a premier league standard football pitch at their training grounds they could use instead of using huge stadiums
Hadn’t thought of that but why would that make a difference?

Just mean in terms of not getting that echoing when coaches and players are shouting you’d get in a stadium.
Plus the expense of using a stadium even empty is a fair whack
Ah ok makes sense I guess but would the TV companies go for that?
Even less a spectacle than empty stadiums
Can’t see it myself
Maybe prem clubs should rent lower league stadiums to help those clubs out now it looks like L1 and L2 divisions are finished
Should just have it in the car park.
down the local powerleague

That’s a decent idea
Would have thought the football pyramid would have been on top of this sort of thing, helping lower clubs out.
I know some have but there are a lot of clubs in some danger.

In recent times, probably. I think you could also make a case for Bale.

Barely. He can't have been in the squad much if it all

Liverpool fans for you though I guess
I barely watched either but as someone on the View from the Lane pod said. It was more interesting watching the Dortmund game than the England vs Scotland game from 96.
Rumour has it his 4 champion league medals are behind his league cup medal
