Haven’t but could am sure I could do an Olympic triathlon no probs, not an Iron Man version though, would require additional training and I wouldn’t have the motivation to do that at this point. A guy from football did one about two years ago in Lanzarote, must be a great achievement but he trained his bollox off especially going off to the reservoir for swimming training. Think he only did it to get away from his wife & kids at weekends.

I have done a few relay triathlons doing the swimming, where my best open water was around 27mins but in the pool.im consistently below 25mins.

I did 60 lengths today - took roughly 30 mins
