It's a long time since I had a job, but if my memory's accurate, then I rarely if ever had my boss contact me out of hours, only clients. I guess clients wouldn't be covered by the rule. Not that I care anyway tbh.

And yeah exactly this. My client will message me in the evenings usually about small matters.
I was livid with her a cupla weeks back when she messaged me on a Sunday without even a hello how are you? She just went straight into a rant about loads of kids not showing up for a class.
