What's the difference between Milton Keynes and a yoghurt?

Finger cross
I've lost a bit of my popularity on my other forum.
They now think that I'm the devil
They liked me last week
It is actually genuinely quite depressing when so many people have such vehemently negative thoughts about you.
It's like facing 20 Sizzles all at once.
Also, I forgot to watch the tide come in
Got some belting photos though
It is absolutely lovely here tbf.
I think that independent thinking is a curse. It's supposed to be a skill, but it isn't.
Independent thinking is only effective if you can get your messages across well
I can. I remember when I was proposing a motion (I believe it was against a ban on fox hunting) in a debate in...upper 4ths probably...everyone single person in the class voted for the motion, including the proposer and 2nder for the contrary motion.
I explain things very clearly. It's my job and I'm highly effective at it.
If there's a controversial topic though and if everyone is pre-disposed to the same diametrically opposed view, then it's very difficult. In fact it's a waste of time.

J falling out with his aussies
I think some of them are Australian actually.
Not.made it very far with this Dave Grohl book but he's just fallen off stage in Norway 2 songs into a concert. He snaps his fibia clean in half and completely dislocated his ankle, tearing various ligaments to boot.
He gets back on stage with a doctor physically holding his ankle in place, and finishes the 2 and a half hour set before going to hospital.
They gave him a chair. The doctor wasn't crawling round the stage as he hopped about.

Galv could have made it with this sort of grit
Galv'd be on the sick for 3 years after that
Seriously though, I've heard some stories about people carrying on playing rugby injured but that is fkcuing insane.
He also reckons that when he split up from his first girlfriend, he had a premonition that came true 30 years later (he says that the scene he saw in his mind about the future actually came exactly true). Interesting chap.
