for the next permanent option feels like we can't be choosing beggars at the minute. just see if any of Iraola, Silva, Frank would actually take the job

I’m so meh about it all.

Really can’t be fack ed with another manager, another philosophy, another rebuild to ultimately be let down by Levy. Rinse and repeat.

Really don’t think Frank or Silva are the one and only think Iraola cause he’s got similar managerial path to poch and similar vibes

it'll be interesting to see because Wells is now the assistant manager so basically senior to Mason (and was apparently always the brains doing the tactics when Mason was in charge) but the latter obviously has the interim experience

I like Silva a lot.

Frank and Iraola I'm less confident about but at this point I'd rather take a punt on one of them because this just clearly isn't going to work

Silva been round block a bit though

Defo rather him than Frank

think he got a rough time of it at Everton, finished 8th then the next season DCL does DCL things and he gets sacked with them 17th or something when they were still like 8th for expected points

then he goes to Fulham and they're one of the best championship teams ever, manages to keep them up and then they've been getting better and better every season since.

unlike Frank and Iraola who play very direct football I think Silva's style is a bit more suitable. Fulham 7th (behind the big 6) for possession.

Worth noting that other clubs that we compare ourselves to had similar shocking moments with other managers and rode it through (ie Gasperini)

It just doesn’t make sense to get rid of Ange right now unless we genuinely think his methods might have long term issues with the players health
