it's 2 seperate things.

1. i had a great night, listening to some great music, (and i suppose looking at this stunning bird)

2. the singer was obviously so good that she could make it in the big time.

it's 2 different things. im jut sayin that when i spoke to the dude at the end, it was with 1 in mind, not 2.

look tbh, if i was going to fak the chick, i would be able to do it without anyone else's fakin involvement. the fact is im not and im not. i have no alteria motive for this, im just saying that this is someone who could be a massive star, and it would be cool to play a part in facilitating that.

how many of the top solo artists about now are solo artists ?

would you see her as a solo artist or in a band ? if it's in a band then there's no way she could go with the current line up.

her voice is amazing.

i went to a couple of places for a beer, though id walk into the one where they were playing (not knowing they were playing), and it was like 'fak me, have i just walked into a professional gig here'. it was fakin brilliant, even though half the band were making up the numbers.

galv, it isnt the band, it's her. there is no way they would make it as a band. ive seen a vastly better drummer even in that pub, and the black dude might as well not be there.

it's her. maybe she writes, i dont know, but anyone i walk past in the street could write for all know. what ive seen isnt a great writer, it's a gifted performer. it's that performer that i think is of interest. if there's room for the other singer then great, and maybe the guitarist then fine, but i cant see the guitarist writing cos he seemed to be as thick as two short planks based on his vocal.

well put it like this, when i walked into the pub, it was like walking into a movie, and sitting there listening to them and watching them was like being locked inside a newly upgraded stereo sytem. i didnt get that watching the video, but on the video you can a) see that's she's pretty and b) hear that rich tone in her voice and that she can sing fairly big notes in 2nd gear.

the other thing you dont see in the vid is her movement. if you imagine an advert where someone was filming a recreation of the 60s with flowers falling down on the dancer as she reenacted the tales of the unexpected intro, then that would be her. again, like her singing, it was all done with gracious ease.

i couldnt find any that fitted in abu dhabi

then spent yesterday walking round dubai mall before finally finding 2 pairs of reeboks that fitted. one is a pair of white justin timberlake ones (will look good on the dance floor), and the other is grey with pink soles and laces i bought some grey laces though which make them look pretty decent tbh.
