if it was a picture of a bird on the screen and the bloke came over to a lad's computer and started talking like that, then it would be deemed inappropriate, irrespective of the age of the girl in the picture.

to be honest now it didnt offend me THAT much man, but it piisses me off that he can just prance around the place saying things like that but if I was to say that everyone would go fackin nuts Imagine I just walked up to some girl I didnt know and say I'd love to fack that one on your screen????
either way thats not homophobic tho is it? thats just being normal and realistic I think
but T, imagine this.
if the person sitting next to you at work was a girl who had a screen saver of a hollywood actress, and she had some Vaseline in his desk. and some bloke from another office walked up to her desk and said "oo, I wouldn't mind doing that. might need some of your Vaseline for the back door though".
do you think that that would be acceptable ?

Thus we must conclude that this man's behaviour was inappropriate, regardless of orientation.

there is no way on earth I would go into an office and go up to someone's desk who I had never met, and start making sexxxualy suggestive comments to them.
If I did it as an employee and the matter was reported to my boss, I would expect to be given the sack.

Let me rephrase that - The human being in question acted inappropriately.
Take gender and orientation out of the matter
