if it was a picture of a bird on the screen and the bloke came over to a lad's computer and started talking like that, then it would be deemed inappropriate, irrespective of the age of the girl in the picture.

there is no way on earth I would go into an office and go up to someone's desk who I had never met, and start making sexxxualy suggestive comments to them.

If I did it as an employee and the matter was reported to my boss, I would expect to be given the sack.
