On something like a 8 game winning streak and the fewest goals we've seen is 2 (Sheff Utd) usually get 4+ when I go, so predicting 3 nil. Oxford shouldn't stand a chance and it's arguably the biggest home banker in football this weekend.
Struijk is 50/50 and Wober is highly doubtful. Might be Ampadu at the back again.

With how strong we are at home, we should be
pasting a team like this 6-0 or more. Will Meslier
get on the scoresheet? Fun fest and a half.
3 points or something went very wrong.
What could go wrong?
Not too worried about Wober or Struijk with Ampadu back. Hope we don't hold back here, i'll say 3-0 but hope for more. It's time we wipe someone out.

I'm a bit wary of Oxford having a new manager bounce although Gary Rowett will be in the stands and officially just observing while Craig Short sets the team up so I don't expect this to be comfortable and therefore old Macca predicts Leeds 2 Oxford 1

Let’s see a comfortable, uncomplicated win today. 22 shots, 3 on target, red card Bamford for fraudulent wearing of a Leeds shirt, Mr Flappy strikes again, new manager bounce, 1-0 Oxford.

Maybe radical but I think we need to start Paddy today. Love him or hate him he needs minutes either way.
If we want to sell him he needs to start scoring. If we want to keep him he needs match fitness.
He’s never been an impact sub in my opinion and we have a £35k a week player sat doing nothing on the bench.
I think Farke might just start him today. If he doesn’t and Joseph has another blank then god knows where we go from there.

We buy a very good for this level #9 in January.
That's where we go.

Theoretical logic points to a walk in the park, in reality using 'typical Leeds' logic suspect this will be a grind with a tight 1 goal margin in our favour.

Farkeness, I'd agree with you if the team were as complacent about this fixture as most of our fans seem to be – but Farke should be giving them the banana-skin talk. For teams that down on their luck or struggling for points, Leeds are too often a godsend.

Agreed. We have so often ended opponents runs of not winning or even scoring a goal it is becoming a bad habit. We need to be bang at it from minute 1 and not wait until we go behind to wake up.

Before Oxford announced Rowett as their new boss I fancied us to get our biggest win of the season 4 nil but I just think that as Rowett proved in his last stint at Millwall he is very good at setting his teams up to defend which via his instructions I'm certain Oxford will implement competently even though Craig Short will be sitting in the away dug out, Oxford will be the proverbial double decker bus for our attackers to navigate but you never know if we get an early goal that might ease the shackles off and open them up a bit more than if we don't score early and they keep us out for at least an hour.

Afternoon allππ
π and thanks for the Highland White MDT Earlπ
So, this is the last of my previous predictions (I’m then free!π€£) so, going for 3-1 to us … DJ, Gnonto and Piroe.
(btw, not quite half-way through the season just yet, that’s the game against Stoke on Boxing Dayπ).
