I genuinely think he needs to take a long break from football. He's just way too intense and looks rather unwell at present to me.

I've thought the same.
It's a unique situation because he's a unique manager. He won't be sacked but I can definitely see him leaving if this carries on much longer. It will be amicable, a kind of 'moving on' for both parties.
For all the laughing at City I do sympathise with Pep on a human level.

He joined a Tinpot sports washing club for the money. I have little sympathy for him really. How else do you go from Barca to Bayern and then to City?
This is a guy who played out the last few years of his play career in the middle east though so I think it's blatantly clear what is his biggest motivation is.

I've thought the same.
