Can't say I'm surprised,think this season he has been fantastic and he was in the provisional Dutch squad when we were in the Prem so it's hardly surprising teams are being linked to him.

I also forget has only just turned 25, he has been around so long now you kind of forget he is still quite young.

Bit surprised he hasn't got a full international call up yet.

Hope we keep him for many more years.

Can’t see us being too interested unless you’re offering a bargain - which I doubt. Can’t see Wolves or Brighton stumping up good money either

Remains to be seen if this lot or chancers or not.
My Sheff U relatives are cautiously optimistic.
We'll see.

Struijk has done well the last few years in the champ but it’s in a team that doesn’t do much defending (he’s good on the ball).

He was a car crash though in our relegation year. His lack of mobility at that level was exposed, his decision making was shot to pieces, and - played out of position - I think the poor lad just lost confidence. Question is, 2 years on, older and wiser, would he make the step up? Hard to say to be honest. I’d rather we didn’t sell at all, and certainly not mid season, but flip side is we have good cover at cb… so if the cash was reinvested to strengthen the squad… appreciate that’s an if…. It might not be a disaster.

Relatives think they will too. They also think that
they're in the driver's seat this season. Really hope
our club don't faff around yet again. If they do,
we all know the dangers and risks involved.

I think he would and will. He's matured. Good with
both feet. High IQ. Goal threat. Slowish, yes. But,
I think he benefitted from those years with Bielsa
more than most of that squad.

Hope we can keep him till the summer. He has been a star this season.

Great player who should have been our lynchpin in central defence yet Marsch thought it best to play him at left back! Still baffling. Everything about his game suggests central defence.

We should know now that they're not like any before them, they get better prices for any going out and look for better coming in, so, who gives a crap about what ShefU might do, because our people in charge have brought unheard of players that seem to be as good as or better than people here seem to look at!..

And no, I don't think Farke saying he's not expecting any incomings means anything, he didn't expect much when he came in and coped very well with what he got, and that was with the pressure he took over!..

Ridiculous offer? I think we all realize that if a
ridiculous offer did come in, the 49ers would
at least discuss it, internally.

And if that ridiculous offer came in from a solid
Prem team (Spurs), Pascal would have to
consider it. We're not guaranteed a place in
the Prem. It'd be tempting for any player.
And this is a business.

Hopefully, no ridiculous offers come in.

Whatever Struijk might think the 49ers don't have to sell, and he'll know that, might not be to happy about it but then, he might be happy enough to want to try and make it happen with Leeds, I think he is more than happy to be here, so it'd have to be an offer that makes the 49ers take note!..

But like said, he'd also have to agree to it!..

Spurs are desperate for a decent centre back at the moment. Playing Archie there makes it obvious they need someone in fast.

However Pascal will not me cheap! Plus we have no reason to sell him.

seen it many times though. Once a club actually
comes in for someone, it changes everything.
