I haven’t yet got over beating Spurs, and Brentford for that matter, now victory over our bogey side and another 3 points to take us second. This is overwhelming.

This team is something else. The belief and the togetherness is special and you can see that they are enjoying the football a lot. 2nd, for 24 hours but maybe longer, is unbelievable and a lovely thing for my children to see and to know that all my stories of the past are not made up. COYRs

Only the 2nd time in our History (last time was 1898) that we beat both Merseyside Teams Away in the same Season 😊👍🏼

More points than the entirety of last season, before the New Year, unbelievable
Don’t think we’ll be looking at the relegation zone come the end of the season.
Strangely enough, I still look at the results for the bottom six before I look at the top. Maybe a habit I may have to change.
Looking forward to next year already, but 2024 is going to take some beating.

Their 5th consecutive win today, a 2–0 victory over Everton, equals a Premier League record set in April 1995, when Forest famously beat Sheffield Wednesday 7–1. For the first time since 1898–99, Forest have won away at both Everton and Liverpool in the same league season.
