Last February, I mentioned that Nuno was asked about his best team, and he admitted he didn’t know.
Here was my take on the best lineup, which wasn’t far off:
GK: Mat Sells
CBs: Felipe & Murillo
LB: Travares
RB: Ola Aina
DMs: Danilo & Sangaré
AM: MGW (Morgan Gibbs-White)
Wingers: Elanga & CHO (Callum Hudson-Odoi)
ST: Big T (Taiwo Awoniyi).
I can't find the last time we won 6 in a row, but the last time we won 7 in row was 1979.
So according to the laws of football we are due either defeat or loss in one of the next two matches.

Remarkable season for Forest and hats off to Nuno for what he has achieved there. While many of the top teams, Liverpool apart, have had inconsistencies Forest just keep on going.
So a difficult game for Wolves particularly without Cunha. But we have looked much more capable under Pereira and I expect this to be a tight game. After scoring in the last two games I suspect Hwang will replace Cunha. Hopefully Strand Larsen and Guedes will be fit to complete the forward line. Andre and Gomes make us really strong in central midfield so the question marks rest with the defence. Bueno and Doherty will surely start and probably Dawson alongside them, although he looked far from steady at Spurs. If he could find the level he was playing at the last two seasons then we wouldn’t miss the injured Toti. Be good if we quit attempting to play the ball out against a pressing attack which doesn’t suit Sa or Dawson.
Hopefully everyone from those are fit. Andre and Semedo both looked to be carrying injuries in the latter stages at Spurs

I share your trepidation Oldgold.
Would snatch Nuno’s hand off for a draw right now.

The likelihood of Lemina leaving in January seems to be increasing. As well as interest from Saudi there’s been enquiries from Europe. Sam Johnstone is also looking like a possible departure.
Atalanta have put Ben Godfrey on the transfer list and Wolves are evidently interested in the former Everton centre back.
Danso remains the centre back mentioned most for us. Everton are also interested in him
No signings looking imminent which is a bit disappointing. Thought we might have had someone lined up for the start of the window. Wishful thinking. At least after the Forest game we don’t have another league game until Newcastle away on Jan 15th so hopefully we’ll have a new face or two by then.

At least Forest haven't got a big powerful centre forward who would likely take advantage of our frailties in the air . . . oh, err, Chris Wood.

Some doubts about Andre for Monday who seemed to have picked up an injury at Spurs.
What’s more is that his wife is due to give birth soon, and Andre evidently returned to Brazil for new year

Article:
As expected, this should be one of the biggest transfers of this winter transfer window. After an agreement in principle reached between Wolverhampton and Reims around a transfer estimated at around €20 million , Emmanuel Agbadou must now finalize his contract before hoping to join the Premier League in a file carried out behind the scenes by Jorge Mendes' agency.
In recent hours, Stuttgart - which had offered €13.5 million in the summer - was not yet out of the race. But the Germans now seem far behind.

And Lemina tipped to go to Al Shabab in Saudi for £4m. Pereira was replaced as their manager by Faith Terim who was Lemina’s former manager when he played for Galatasaray
posted 2 days, 20 hours ago
Surely Lemina is worth more than £4m of anyone's money. £7-8m for me.

Johnstone looks likely to leave, will he be replaced?

Fee for Agbadou quoted at €20m which translates to about £16.5m
