Doesn't matter if we had both prime Thierry Henry and Ronaldo Nazario on our books.

This season has been one long pre-season campaign.

A different squad for every single game. Experimental positions and roles. Player rotation just for the sake of it.

At one point, we had used 10 different back 4 selections over 15 games.

Arteta's strength has always been built on sticking with a fixed team and stringing solid runs together.

All of that goes out of the window when you play 11 strangers every 3-4 days.

Bit hard to pick a fixed team with our injuries. There hasn't been rotation for the sake of it.

That's the reality we are in at the moment we are losing players it seems every game at the moment. The thing right now is that out of a first pick forward line only one player is missing how can it be that the whole attacking side of the team collapses when player is not available no matter how good he is. Same happened when Odegaard was out we've never been fluid in our attack this season but it was even worse when Odegaard was injured Arteta is being given these questions to answer and he's not coming up with solutions and if he doesn't start soon he will inevitably get sacked.

Yeh I think you've been a bit unlucky with the injuries you've had, important players out at different times and that's made it tough to get much continuity with the starting 11? Of course there's been other issues and problems but I'm sure Arteta woul have preferred to play his first choice team more

You had unbelievable luck with injuries for a while, now it’s just evened out.

This year Liverpool just aren’t losing key players and just won’t drop points, I think the leagues done.

For Arteta - I think it’s CL or nothing now

Our unbelievable luck like losing Timber for his whole first season? Saliba and Partey getting injured in same game and missing end of that season? Jesus missing half his debut season and half the next? Etc etc etc.

There was no luck, we had a lot of injuries both seasons but because Saka played through it people try and gaslight us into thinking we had great fortune.

You had it better than most in that period - you were picking the same back 4 week in and week out

Not true. Zinchenko started 20 times, Kiwior 11 times, Tomiyasu 10 times.

Fair enough - you’ve had really bad luck and if it wasn’t for injuries would have won it all.

10 year contract for Tets I reckon

So it is one of two extremes

We have had average luck with injuries the last 2 seasons, and now we are having terrible luck. Probably on the back of injuries in the previous 2 seasons meaning core players didn't get enough rotation and were overplayed...

Other clubs have had worse injury problems during a season over the last few years

No they’ve just been really unlucky

10 more years for Tets and a £billion more in transfer fees

So unless Arsenal have the most injuries it is "unbelievable luck"?

Pretty much average in 22/23 and 23/24, nowhere near the least amount and nowhere near as few as the team we challenged. Above average number this season...

All that equals "unbelievable luck"?

Not sure why u keep trying to push this narrative about lfc

Alisson, jota, konate and trent all missed quite a few games.

If u wishing mo and virgil to be injured as well u r just clutching at straws.

Maybe there wouldn't be so many injured Arsenal players if they didn't keep throwing themselves to the ground. 👍
