He’s lucky Maguire didn’t get to him. If Garnacho could sit him down like that, Harry would probably have broken him
It isn’t that surprising that the Arsenal players are a bunch of soft as shiiit babies though, considering both their manager and the crowd they’re playing in front of. The only time their fans made any noise yesterday was when any given tackle went in, the consistent response to which was some kind of wail of horror and disbelief.
It’s like playing in a stadium full of particularly sensitive, hanky waving Victorian ladies.
Never seen you this lairy, Rosso. Have you been watching Guy Ritchie films again?
Not worth a separate article, but perhaps Robb would like to comment on the performance of 'Dier Ligt'.

I'm not a big fan of mocking a young player going through a difficult time. Unlike most, I see flashes of quality in Zirkzee. I don't think the issue is lack of ability, but being able to execute things under the time and physical pressure of the PL, and his confidence is obviously suffering. Maybe I'm seeing what I want to see, but perhaps there's been a slight improvement in his timing of passes etc, maybe a little bit of growth in confidence. I wouldn't go as far as to claim that yesterday was the corner turned or redemption arc completed. It was a case where missing that final penalty could have consolidated damage to his confidence and fans' trust, and from that point of view taking it and scoring it was significant.

It's more than simulation, the way every single player dived, rolled round, following by 5/6 players hounding the ref on every given touch was quite embarrassing.
Yesterday was a game of karma, dive for a pen, missed the pen, Jesus fouls Bruno, gets injured.
I think Arteta should try and get Charlie Adam out of retirement, because Arsenal are useless without Saka's corners.

I have very mixed feelings about Arsenal. On one hand, there's years of Fergie/Wenger animus. On the other, they've sometimes been the far lesser evil in a title race we're absent from. They've failed to Save Football the last two seasons, and look like they'll fail to do so this season. But I celebrated like a Gooner when Michael Thomas scored that last minute title winner at Anfield in 1989. Arteta is charmless. Trossard looks undead. I do not believe in Jesus. Martinelli has a punchable face. Rice and Saka seem like good lads though. And Ian Wright is probably the warmest hearted person on planet earth, and I don't like the thought of him feeling sad.

It's just a real shame that they're the only ones that seem to be able to stop Liverpool this season. When it comes to players and manager LFC seem far more decent chaps. I just can't bring myself to want the Scousers to win!
RR - I'd play Zirkzee v Saints. Think they'll be defending deeper and think JZ would offer more in terms of keeping the ball. Rasmum would be better coming off the bench when hopefully we're ahead and have space to exploit.
Rosso - On JZ and Rasmus though. Has Amorim ever gone 3412. Seem to think he has but unsure. With Dalot out perhaps we move Amad to RWB and have Bruno in behind Zirkzee and Hojlund in some games.
