Impossible to predict when we are taking one point from Pompey and a depleted QPR. We need 21 points to guarantee promotion as it stands.

If we get two wins to start this run-in, I think we will give ourselves a platform for the autos. Burnley can't afford to lose points, but their games are tough, especially Coventry away. The Blades also play Coventry, straight after Haji Wright's hat-trick return. Our opponents will drop points. So long as we hold our nerve, we will be fine.

We have the experience from last year - hopefully Farke and team will learn lessons from it and we push on. No denying that it’s going to be a nervy finish for us again…..

IF, and I stress, IF we don't go up, the Championship
next season will be tougher than this. Leicester, Ipswich,
Saints back in it with parachute payments. Add in
Birmingham City with ambitious owners with money.
And potentially Wrexham with their money and ambition.
If it is us who stay down again, our parachute payment
is next to nothing. We have to go up this season.
Absolutely have to.

Agreed. If we don’t go up now, we’ll be trapped here another 10 years

I’m just thinking that this group of players and manager surely can beat Luton and Plymouth away and then win their home games. I know pressure does funny things but you couldn’t ask for a nicer run in

We'll win the home games but we do tend to choke in one of them, so id say Bristol C could be the ones. Boro and Luton could be tricky if Pompey and QPR are anything to go by.

It’s not our team performances that are letting us down - it’s our finishing. It was ever thus.

I have a bad feeling about Luton away and if Plymouth are still in with a chance of surviving that won't be easy so the 2 on paper so called easier games are actually where I think we will find it the hardest especially as they are both early kick offs but the other 6 games I don't think we'll lose any but a draw or two definitely is likely.
So in total I see us getting 96 points allowing for a couple of blips against Luton and Plymouth but if we manage to beat Luton then it changes yet again the complexion of everything and feeling confident of automatic promotion which since the magnificent Shef Utd away win the optimism levels have gone up and down more than a brides nightie.....I shall have to buy some more "just for men"as my luscious locks are getting greyer week by week but it's a small price to pay to see us by hook or by crook sneak over the winning line so I'm just about still believing we're going to do it.

Liverpool wobbling like we are. They look well off like we do. Fasten your seatbelts, that's all I'm going to say.

Surely 24 points.

Hopefully win all our home games. Bristol might have secured a playoff spot and be looking to conserve energy and protect players. That’s 12points.
Two wins at Oxford, Luton or Middlesbrough. That’s 6 points.
Don’t think it will go to the last game. We will just need the right team to win when they play each other on Easter Monday. That’s the crucial day for me! If that day goes our way then we will know exactly where we are.
