we were absolutely shocking today, Thats twice in 6 days now, Not good enough, its time we all chipped in a bought him a one way ticket back to Sweden
The media bigged Leicester up big time... the vast majority of Leicester fans were consciously optimistic, nothing more, nothing less.
You're right, we're awful.
How are Forest getting on? You must be top now surely...
Leicester: 1 pre season of optimism.
Forest: 30+ years of arrogance.
Must be great for you guys though to eventually be out the bottom 3
Some say getting rid of sven is stupidity, but in reality he has 8 games maximum left to prove his worth.
2 shocking performances including the 2-0 win.
Tops patience will not last much longer.
No nearly all of your fans were bragging that you were going to win the league easily. I can find 5 posts easily...and that's 90% of your fans right there.
Didn't you lose to Coventry? The literal worst team in the league. 2 wins and you are billy big bo**ocks again, enjoy 19th (even after 2 wins...)
We haven't spent all season bragging that we were going to walk this league though, that's the difference. We also outplayed West Ham, I imagine they'd wipe the floor with a small team like yours. Mid-table at most for the cubs this season.
Poor little leicester.
Never won a proper trophy and not romping the CCC as their fans believed at the beginning of the season.
No history, no identity, no trophies. Bitter blues.
As I recall, there were very little City fans that were saying we would walk the league, in face the majority were saying it would take time for the squad to gel into a "team" and it would be more difficult to get promotion to than last season. As usual the general public just pay attention to the circus journalism and the bookmakers making us favourites to win the league NOT the City fans, big difference ladies and gents! With that said, YES I agree we are taking a little longer than we had all hoped to get the consistency we strive which is needed week in week out in this tough league to challenge for propmotion, BUT there is a long long way to go, and as long as we are in the mix come january, I am very optimistic we will finish the season strongly. Time will tell
