I dont think poyet will leave brighton
Poyet for who? Not Leicester City i hope - with all due respect.
O'Neill written all over it.
They can pay him what he wants and have the same abition as him.

Money talks.
I wish mine did. Maybe it could tell me not to spend it so bleeding quickly.
If money talks...Onion.....then i want O'Neill down here again.
Sven...........Blackburn
McClaren....Portsmouth
Davies........Leicester
Oneil..........Sunderland
What odds I wonder
William hill have got o'neil at 1/2 on fav for the leicester job....
Interesting harj. O'Neill generally steers clear of being in the frame until a manager has gone.
Could be some truth in this, although he is his own man.........wants and gets 100% total control, hates outside meddling from the board etc. If he gets his guarantees it's ON!
playthepitch...the key is the board room meddling + he'll want to add his own terms....remember when we were after him, & your board wouldn't let him go..i think he had his contract rewritten after that with him adding certain clauses ???!!!
O'Neill is shrewd........a top bloke when it comes to running football matters. You have to trust the man. He'll deliver. Mess him about and he quickly becomes unsettled and wants cast iron reassurances. Fair play to him for speaking out to all these so-called big-wigs who know naff all about players and the game itself.
If they can't trust him then why should the fans trust them?
O'Niell is waiting in the wings to come to Leeds when Simon gets the sack.
meme has told us again and again and again.

The bookies have been wrong in the past. I accept he's favourite, I can see why too, but I'm not sure he'll go back. O'Neill, as well as being shrewd, is also a tad unpredictable and prone to upping sticks and packing in, the Leicester board will know this.
They'll also be aware that Gus can be tempted, he has been in the past. He's a long shot, but..............
Your all wrong Gary Lineker is the favourite

There'll be one or two with a crisp fiver on him!

You know nothing about football nothing!!!
He never left a club with out a good reason never!!

Question is if o'neill does get the job....will he spend more cash & do away with what sven has already brought in ?
..lets hope they get relegated.
meme's been getting quite angry tonight!!!
my only hope is MoN does go to one of them, then we can hopefully (although I already am guessing it wont stop) not have any more pointless "get SG out and bring in MoN" posts from the usual suspects.
but would MoN go to a club like Leicester that just sacked a manager only part way through a season after spending so heavily? I am not too sure.
Dont think there is any chance O'Neill would come back to us. Never go back!
would you take him Miami? regardless of if it would happen or not?
