Can you use custom formations in UT? If you can I'll tweak it to make this team more of a 4-2-3-1. If not then hopefully the workrates will help (wingers with low defensive)

Oh my God. What a fúcking heartbreaker of a final. A-fúcking-gain. After winning 11-1 in the semi as well.
I could read his every move but couldn't do much about it. Pretty sure I had a blatant early pen turned down for no reason at all (a la Giroud today). We were evenly matched but he took a 2-0 lead. I sort of take blame for the first two goals but both of them I had to have lighting reactions, his striker nicking the ball from my defender first time and intercepting a clearance second time. I changed to 3-5-2 and brought on IF Sanogo at HT and got a penalty, but he saved it (despite me going bottom right and him diving top right, also very lucky not to go in off the keeper and somehow Yatabare didn't convert the rebound). He got another really lucky goal for 3-0, I was pressuring, he hit me on the counter, chipped my keeper who got a hand to it and it bounced in off the fúcking bar. I got one back with 20 minutes left, got another in the 89th minute but not enough. Denied a blatant free kick just outside the box in the final action of the game for no reason.

Got 750k to spend on a team. Who should I get?

Also played one game with this 4-4-1-1 team and just hate it. I can't use 4-4-1-1. Nobody does anything.
Similar to 4-5-1 where nobody does anything.
4411 works really well in bronze and silver matches but is rubbish at gold.
I wanted it to be a sort of 4-2-3-1 with the workrates (LM, CF, RM with high attack, low defence) but they were nowhere to be seen.
My bronze 4-4-2 team is crazy good. I wonder how much difference is there?
