How do you guys make money?

I've tried most of the various ways to make money but this is what i'd suggest.

For me personally the best way to make money on the game is to play as a bronze team, maybe buy a couple of players in your correct formation/league/nationality to boost the chemistry. Plenty of times you'll come up against people who are just starting to play the game so you can destroy them and make a decent amount of money per game.

Once you've got a bit of cash then you just start buying low and selling high. Start off with players like defoe, you can buy them for 1.5k and sell them for at least 3.5k. Then move onto better players when you have more money. Defoe then Walcott then A. Young then Eto'o for instance.

The pace up front in the Russian league is great. I kind of cheat and put all bronz players on my bench to make the overall team rating go down meaning my opponents aren't so good
