crashes in what way? an actual crash, or simply not appearing to do anything?
I had an issue with steam, refusing to update or anything.... took me a while to realise it was IP blocker that was blocking access to their server, meaning it thought i wasn't online when i was.
i hate steam
god this site is getting dull.
