Maybe you could use bleach. That might turn your skin back white, and pretty sure it would soothe the pain. Going on an adventure in my canoe this week. Does digby enjoy boats as he is an island owner?

i have a terrible internet connection tonight friend

i am afraid i have given the all rights to use boats to other island residents, i am such a wonderful King

On Iphone maps. My house to Digby Island, 520.9 miles. Public transport: departs tomorrow at 0605, arrives tomorrow at 2135. only 15h30mins! How about If I canoe down the East coast and round. Might be quicker.

Thank you sir. Must take some effort running an Island. I don't own any islands. I don't even rent any. I am nothing.

Great thanks friend. Building up to my trip on Friday. Loch Tay to Dundee in my inflatable canoe. Can't wait! You?

posted on 4/7/11

How far is Loch Tay to Dundee? I once saw a man floating down river in a cardboard almost get swallowed by a giant wier, luckily the bottom of the box gave way and he fell out . Never seen an inflatable canoe though!

I'm pretty good, just realised I've won £7.30 on the lottery Drinks on me?

posted on 4/7/11

Well your name kind of suggests you win the lottery a lot. It is 117 miles. A lot more than that though with the windy rivernessness of it. Don't think anyone has done it before but got my overnight pub stops planned well. hungover paddling wont be too bad. Not sleepy time alvin?

117 miles!!!! Are you taking a netbook and a dongle so that your ja606 contribution isn't affected?

Nah, I might try go to sleep soon but usually i end up just lying in bed awake until about 4.30 lol how about yourself?

posted on 4/7/11

Haha. Would usually be in bed by now. Will just take my Iphone and charger, and camera, and document the journey. Post pictures on twitter or such. Don't know if anyone has ever done it before but that is not important.

posted on 4/7/11

It definately sounds like you should document it! When are you planning on setting sail?? (well.. inflating your canoe)

Yay I got 7200

Saturday friend. May set up a special twitter account for it. Which I will obviously provide the link for. That leaves 9 days in total to do it. Which I'm sure I could do. Don't know if it is bad that I'm not doing it for any cause, just for the sake of it. Is that wrong?

posted on 4/7/11

Nah I don't think it's wrong.. Personal growth/achievement is what we live for and I'm sure you'll learn something new on this trip, even if it is just a new drinking spot.

Unless of course you see a clear opportunity to earn a few quid for a good cause etc, then yeah you should really try... Even if you just raise awareness to a charity instead of money!

I'm off for the night anyway Barry! Have a nice sleep!
