Andrei Sergeyevich Arshavin - Definitely not a doctor. I love Super_Keith_Andrews. He's brilliant. #50,002 #77777 (U4416)

RonAlvinho (U6117) - If you find it itchy under the plaster cast, I discovered an Admin1 top tip many years ago....

I tried everything to satisfy the under-cast itch, and discovered the only thing that would sort it was a bread knife. You don't actually see the damage till the blood stained cast is removed.

I think we should have an Admin1 story time every night.

Admin1

A knitting needle is also an alternative

I get the feeling you don't like me Admin.

Thanks for the "tip"...

Alvin .

That is a true story and seeing your comments brought back itchy memories. Though it was my arm I broke, in a slide tackle(Still played the rest of the game).

i broke my arm but do you know when it is one of those breaks that is a complete clean break. My wrist was touching my elbow almost! i have broke a lot of bones. I am not lucky

Kitty, I tried a knitting needle but it wasn't serrated enough.

Sand paper wrapped around a spatula might also work?

Excellent grit in carrying on!..... Strange grit for kniving yourself lol

I have extreme mental strength so the itching doesn't really bother me. When I broke my arm it was much more painful than the foot/ankle. How long were u in a cast for?

admin1 how can you break an arm in a slide tackle? Was it wrist or something? OR did he kick your arm?

Yes - focus - that helps.
