long story, but i'll try to make it as short and simple as i can...

i got 4 estimates for repairs to one of our vehicles, all insurance jobs.

Authorised repairs, assigned references and submitted them to the insurance company.

i've just been mailed by the insurance company to say they have received an invoice for one of them that doesn't correlate... looked at it, the garage have put the wrong references on it, in the process also realised the insurance company only ever processed 2 of the 4 claims.

so now i have a mountain of work on to try to iron out 2 sets of cockups.... neither of which are mine

back when i still spoke to my family, my nan was forever saying she'd never been as well off as since she retired. she only gets state pension, housing benefit etc and all the statutory perks, no extra pensions or anything.

that's why it makes me laugh whenever i hear pensioners going on about how poor they are. when did you last see one with an old car, unless it's a classic?
