Ramsey a bit better today - managed half a small chicken wrap today - still off food though.
Done all my exercises today - had ice pack on knee and swelling going down slowly as well as bruising. Been asleep a lot.
sleep is good, so if you sleep alot while injured, you will be ready and healthy to dance at wednesday's games
atleast you managed to eat something, slow and steady
hoping to be fit for the match v Huddersfailed this saturday.
