A bit of snow won't stop Heathrow. I landed there in the snow once. It was a bit of a shock to the system because I'd been in Australia for six months and was still wearing my flip flops, the minute I stepped off the plane my lips chapped.
I went through heathrow last year in the snow and it was mine even though all the media said it was terrible. Our flight actually left ontime so did most others
problem was lufthansas tactic for getting planes out quick was to save time by not putting on any luggage
when did you get your luggage then?
made me laugh when they said that one year (might even have been last year) there were something like 2000 planes cancelled or delayed at heathrow because of the snow - in oslo there was one.
actually no, tell a lie, in march i got a phone call in march to say my suitcase was at munich airport asking when i wanted to pick it up...
It finally got home to me in april
