When you guys go to the gym what do you tend to do?
you and suarez have alot in common then
depends on what i am exercising
Just upper body. Chest and Arms.
i will have to do legs again now hockey has stopped for christmas
Well digby in an average week what would you do?
For me (ideally) I do chest and arms at least once a week, plyometrics and legs every Thursday and back and shoulders once a week. However regularly I drop back and shoulders for sport.
i drop legs for hockey,
arms one day
chest another
back and shoulders another
then either rest or cardio
I'm a boss all the monsters know it.
cool, during athletics season I only really maintain the legs one regularly as I do circuits and hill training a lot.
Think I will go all out for big muscle gains this christmas.

hockey takes alot out of the legs so would be silly to do it then which is a shame as leg press is great fun
Lift heavy then Edin. Lift more than you can lift. Then add some more weight to that. For about 6 reps.
Fair enough Digby. Athletics is very similar because of the strain on legs through sprinting and hill training is effectively a leg work out.
You leg press btw? I do more cleans and Squats as dont like machines very much.
Yeah Barry I am doing that atm, squatting a new PB 80 which I am pretty proud of but only doing 4 reps.
Have lost my form benching so am starting low for a week maybe two, then trying to do 6 rep max.
aparently balotelli and richards had a fight on the training pitch
i havn't been gym in a week stupid school work
Get doing weighted dips if you can. Best exercise there is. Totally destroys your chest. Which is good.
