jeez, the woman at my agency is dumb.
just sent her an email booking up some holiday. this is what i wrote:-
"I need to book up some of my holiday, is it ok for me to have following dates?
Good Friday (6/4/12) and Easter Monday (9/4/12)
Then a week for my birthday, 30/4/12 – 4/5/12 and the following bank holiday on 7/5/12."
to which i got this reply
"Please could you list the exact days and dates that you would like to take as holiday?"

I got a hockey stick to the eye, one of the cuts had to be stitched up the other one glued
