I just cannot understand how people can be so stupid and ignorant.
back before xmas, our insurers made a balls up and sent us a payment that should have gone to one of our repairers. that came to light in early january - and ever since i've been trying to liaise between 3 different parties to get it sorted out.... finally on the 15th i got an email to say it was sorted and would go ahead. then today i come in and it's all up in the air again! nearly 2 months of grief that i now have to start all over again!
