I disagree. Religion is the second biggest killer this world has ever known.

All have now been disproved by science with the exception of buddhism - though many would argue that as that is an introverted religion that isn't strictly speaking a religion anyway.

why?

I despise religion (as we have established) but i still live my life by my own moral code, which to many would seem very much like the christian one - treat others as you'd wish to be treated yourself. That was instilled into me by my parents, not through reading the bible or listening to some twerp in a dress once a week.

As a kid i would have been far more worried about getting shouted at by Dad than i would some totally unbelievable squit about 'not getting into heaven' if i did something wrong.

and as a side note to my ranting about religion - the only fully religious state in the world (Vatican City) has the lowest age of consent anywhere in europe (12) and the highest crime rate in the world (1.2 reported crimes per head per annum) - and also governs a religion which routinely covers up child abuse.

RAP have you seen on facebook there was that event called "most beautiful teenager"? it went viral and thousands were sticking up pics, so we started posting some comments on pictures

christianty and islam are the two biggest religions worldwide - and both are responsible for hideous crimes against humanity of gargantuan proportions.

and that's completely ignoring that the fact that they just aren't remotely appropriate for the modern world with the things that are now known as facts that flatly contradict a lot of things in these sacred books.

Christianity is just the story of one woman's lie about an affair that got WAY out of hand.
