zoom the pic in that article - the ball is over the line!
ITV's biased was disgusting towards spurs for that goal, according to thier "goal line technology" which they have never used before ever the ball was about a meter away from the goal line

I found it more funny when bale was selfish so ran in and scored, if he had of thought about it (with his world class footballers brain) then he would have left it, ceh would have been sent off and they would have had a penalty

reading through that article in the mail - you have to wnder about an agenda. in the second picture down, the ball is clearly over the line. in the 4th one, it's clearly in an entirely different position, and that is the one they use to say 'not even close' in the 5th shot :S

bale should have waited then ade would have been last man
Bale did the right thing in sticking it in the back of the net. I'm not sure why Cech wasn't sent off anyway - if there's a foul on the half way line and the ref plays advantage, he can still go back and book the player afterwards - shouldn't have been any different.
----------------------------------------
Because it wasn't violent conduct or a denying a goalscoring opportunity.
He should have got a yellow for a late foul, but not a red because it wasn't a professional foul.

either way it was hilarious
but he didn't deny a goalscoring opportunity, because they scored.
It was just a late tackle.

No because the idea of refereeing is to allow advantage and play to continue. It's still the same phase of play until that attack had broken down.
You can't possible say he denied a goalscoring opportunity, when a goal was scored.
For the record though, I think Adebayor was looking for it. He fell before there was even contact.
Either way, Spurs were gásh.

i thought we played alright for most of it.
definitely one of our better performances this year anyway.
i thought parker was outstanding yesterday by the way.
I think the better team won.
