Yes Hippo, it is. The doctor told me that I won't be able to propely lift weights again for a month. In the meantime, I've got to eat lots of tuna, egg and etc.

Hey! Those are pretty heavy when you're doing a 30 minute workout with them. I have to do 30 minutes because I use protein shakes, so if I did not lift vigorously I would just put on fat.
