Proud the lads kept a cool head. Agger was immense. Carra wasn't missed P) YNWA
They do what they no best.
Carroll did well today, and I just hope Kenny stops chopping and changing him, because he needs time to find form.
I absolutely despise Stoke; the way they play (or dont play) and just hoof, hoof, hoof into the box! 1-2 down and they bring on PETER "LAND OF THE GIANTS" CROUCH!!
They look for throw ins and any acting to get a foul, then its hoof into the box, kick in the air and oush and shove to get an advantage...f'in g hate em, esp that nub in the cap..pullis!! errrr...
So glad we beat em, they can f off and i hope we absolutely smash em at Anfield..
Stoke are dirty b a st ar ds
Told you
Records are there to be broken
Good game Agger
Cheers lads. Good to see people with same liking for Stoke. Pure dirt.
They play to their strengths and they have a manager in Pulis who is nobody's fool. good luck to them I say.
We did well defensively apart from Coates aberration and interestingly we certainly didn't miss Carragher's presence after he went off.
Suarez's goal was a beauty and I liked the way him and Kenny were having a laugh together as they walked off.
That's twice we have outplayed them away from home, which is not easy given their style of play. the team showed a lot of character tonight which was pleasing to see.
Agree, great character tonight.
Stoke don't have the money top teams have. Why should they play to the strengths of others?
They have to find a way to make it difficult for the opposition and Pulis has did a good job building a team to do that.
I say fair play to them.
When teams set out to kick players instead of the ball then its not fair play.
