Keane will be fit. Keane & Cox will start. I'd have Keane & Walters, but what do I know?

If Keane is fit, he'll play which I think is unfortunate. I guess this was always going to be the risk when you make a striker captain. I think Walters and Cox would be the most effective partnership. Keane hasn't played well in a competitive match for some time but will be the first name on the sheet if he's available
