Or to make it simpler, 15 games 31 points is MORE than 2 points a game, which over a season will give you 92 or MORE points ? Am i wrong ??

Wetherby, yes I worked that out as well, but it suited my argument better to assume you draw on Saturday so I ignored it!!! Thats the problem with stats, interpretation!

30 minutes into Saturdays games will be exactly a 3rd of the way through the season.

I think we should just see what the points tally is then, multiply it by 3 & end the season right there!

our problem last term was playing 1 man up front and not scoring enough goals to kill teams off/playing too defensively.....but clarcky has learned from this and now plays 442 every game...and now we are scoring lots and winning more games..
if madine gets injured where will your goals come from?

Wetherby, yes, as I said you do hammer teams at times! I genuinely believe you are the best team in this division, but I also think you are writing us off too easily, but thats your choice.

We have a few solid wins ourselves, as I said, we have one more win that you, but we have a habit of getting two up and taking the foot off the victims neck!! Thats what gets us into trouble sometimes, but so far I am very happy with our progress this season.

What is your opinion on Charlton? We drew with them in a dire game at their place but I have not seen them since, will they do a Brighton on both of us?

Monster is right Wetherby,don't go all Ron or TTC on us now!! You actually have just about as many draws as wins, so you are really winning a decent amount but less than us, drawing about the same decent amount and so far not losing.

Nice start though but as monster says, at the moment we are on course to lose approx 11 games this season but still end up with about 5 wins more than you, I will take that.

Wetherby, then I apologize for the slanderous statement I made!! But it has been said a number of times by others.

I thought they were looking like they may begin to falter but then they have started looking good again. I really believe there are only 4, maybe 5 decent teams this year, us, you, charlton, Preston and blunts. The last two have potentially serious financial constraints so could go either way. I don't see who is this years bournemouth or even peterborough for that matter, its not going to be Notts Co, MK Dons or Tranmere imo, so maybe it comes down to two from three - us, you and Charlton.

owlshighgreen, if the game is on sky you may be able to find a bar that is showing it. For certain it will be on firstrowsports.com if you have internet access. Don't forget the 8 hour time difference, makes for a good breakfast in a decent bar though!!
