For me anyhow I always prefer a strong one aimed at the back post
I just think it offers more of a chance of scoring.

Sling it in! I love it when its chucked into the box
we dont seem to have anyone capable of consistently delivering a good set piece. and we barely have anyone in the middle attacking them. so i guess no point really.
i have been on about how ridiculously poor we are from set pieces, although we have improved a bit lately i thinik. maybe we are doing some in training.
imagine if we had samba, he would get his head on everything both attack and defence.
I wouldn't mind seeing a Gareth Bale edge of the box type Paul Scholes thing!
We seem to play alot of short corners (modric) and seem to play the ball to the edge of the area, personally i don't think its effective.

Maybe
Luka to Rafa, Rafa to Scotty, Scotty to Lennon, Lennon out wide!
Lennon to JD, JD to Adey, Adey to Pav..
ITS WIDE!
i remember lennon scoring a header a few years back in pre-season. To say i was shocked is an understatement!
I say just sling it in there! no nonsense!.. Kab will get his head to it!

Just flick it up in the air and smash it into the sky!
AVE IT
Just whip the ball in as hard as you can, any touch and it goes in..cant stand it when we float it in
I like it when its whipped in
Me too Thudd, whipped in at a tight angle
Agreed RRP, just stick it deep into the back!..
Well it seems we'd like the ball whipped in at pace, but who do you think should be taking the corners?
Thudd
I like it when we whip one in from an angle causes a melee in the box
Chet - To be honest anyone should be able to take a corner, for a professional footballer not to be able to beat the first man is shocking
Get Bassong of Bale on the front post flicking it on!
I reckon Rafa to take corners as usual
