I'm biased, but i tend to think Bergkamp was better then both Zola and Cantona.

Just my personal opinion.

Is this a 5 best foreign list or just general PL players?#

My list is

1. Henry
2. Bergkamp
3. Zola
4. Giggs
5. Shearer.

General PL

In no particular order -

Bergkamp

Cantona
Bebe

As much of a as the guy was I really don't think you can leave out Shearer

Can only comment on cantona from what I've seen on Youtube, I was about 6 when he was at his peak

I would argue Henry was the best I've seen, made everything look so easy. Was such a great player, despite the fact he repeatedly tore us a new one I could not bring myself to hate him, he was an absolute joy to behold (ten times the player Rooney can ever hope to be)

for me, it's impossible to split the god-like 3 of zola, bergkamp and cantona. the 3 players between them changed the face of english football forever.

Silva's pass for the last goal in the Manc Derby was just mouthwatering.

I expect Aguero will make the list one day!

Thats just stupid about Silva, he joined a good player for a high price tag and really didnt set the League alight. He has had a few good games one being agaisnt 10 man united and people are saying that rubbish?

In my opinion (as an arsenal fan) i would say Silva has been the stand out performer so far this season in games i have seen.

Try to open your mind and not be so biased

Try to make it a bit more interesting-instead of picking exclusively attacking players pick a keeper, a defender, a midfielder, a winger and a striker

Alot of the time the problem is consistency. If Kole Toure had been able to maintain his form 05-07 he'd have been up there

Silva has been player of the season so far for me. He's a joy to watch.

Silva is head and shoulders above any other playmaker in the league. The only player who was better than him was Fabregas, but Silva is more versatile than him.

I expect Silva to make the list in next 3 seasons if he continues his form.

Atm only Wilshere can challenge him IMO, but he's injured, therefore Silva is best player in PL over anyone.

Yea David Silva has been the stand out performer in the first 8 games of the season, the same could be said about Rooney + RVP aswell. David Silva was barely meantioned last season and now he is having a few good games people are saying he is gna be in the top 5 ever? I dont think so.
