I actually agree with you, I find it hard to believe that Cleverley is integral to the style of play at United. It has to be tactical.

So it's boring because you aren't playing world class football?

It's boring because the other side are actually giving you a game?

At the start of the season he also looked shoddy defensively and after a certain event last sunday we weren't exactly going to come out all guns blazing, especially int the second half when we had the lead.

Born united- Your correct but I dont think it's Cleverly's job to defend and I expected us to do much better in the second half although I do understand the point. We were inviting on way too much pressure.

Fellani went round fouling constantly, Evertons defence is one of the best in the league, Baines, Jagielka, Heitenga, Distan, Rodwell and Fellani.

I'd rather win 1-0 and play 'boring' football than be more open and lose 1-6.

Playing Everton away is always difficult. So, coming back with three points is a great result. Our defense looked solid and our midfield (with Cleverly) is more fluid and imaginative. So I think it's unfair to say we were "boring."

Reason - I wasn't basing my opinions just on today's game, it's been a run of games where we haven't look as convincing as our early season form

Hodgey - I agree with you I'd rather play boring football and win than lose but it's nice to watch football being played how it should be every now and again, I'd you understand me?

I remember the 1-0 wins in the 08-09 season. Liverpool were in a similar position to man city are now but in the end winning so often led to us to overtake liverpool. I know man city have spent so much you could buy several clubs but we have beaten Chelsea to titles, we can beat Man city.

Last year I thought chelsea were going to win it although they were weak at the back and then went on a bad run. Just one or two tight games going against the rivals and us winning will change the complex especially if you go on a 10 game winning run. With the fixtures we can go on a run as we have played all the big teams.

Playing Man city Arsenal Chelsea Tottenham Liverpool Everton etc and winning 4 drawing 1 losing 1 is not bad.

Last year from the same fixtures we got 13 points. This year 13 points even though losing to city was bad.

We have dropped more points at home then last year but equally our away form has been better.

last week was nightmare but we've got a point away at L/pool & won at Everton.

We will get better.
