Was his dismissal like pitching outside leg? i wonder if we will see a replay? maybe not..

it pitched about a yard outside leg.... 2 Indian umpires just doesn't seem right.

Rubbish Indian umpires. Do they even know the LBW law? We had the same issue in the Pak V Sri lanka game with an Indian umpire.

Do they even know the LBW law?

Apparently not, even old mother riley would know when the ball pitches outside of legstump it not out..

Yeah it is pathetic how biased the fans are. Same when we played in Bangladesh.

Maybe it is just there culture?

When I met my real dad a few years ago (he is Asian) he told me that Asian people are not as friendly and polite.

His words not mine!

One thing i will be glad of now,not having to play India again for a while...
But am sure we will be backed by Indian fans when we play Pakistan. Then when we play Sri-lanka. The Indian fans will back them

tbh indian fans will back pakistan this time..... this is just because well many of them would want to see england lose their no.1 spot......

It was a fine innings from Pietersen, sad it ended with a poor stroke and maybe a poor umpire decision.
However a victory in a solitary T20 does not compensate for England's dismal 5-0 defeat in the ODI series but India's 5-0 win doesn't come close to wiping out the complete dominance Egland had in our summer.
Todays win highlights how poor Cook's captaincy was and his inability to rouse his team to play good cricket.

I lived in England for nearly 1 and a half year and I agree to a certain extent that English are considerably more polite than the Asians.

Hope - I accept that Swann and Cook are opposites as captains.

But Cook is more like Strauss who as we know, has been outstanding.

Cook may come good.

hopefor agreed.... No indian fan is denying the fact that we were outplayed in the test department.... But odis were not as bad, and we were pretty competitive given the no. of injuries. But england in india were just not good. in 4 matches england was outplayed in all departments and one of them we won despite a chase of 300 runs. But saying all this englands 4-0 in tests was ofcourse more satisfying for any team

India must be poor at the Odi level aswell. After all they won the world cup and still went below England in the rankings when Engalnd beat them at home in the odi series. So that proves India in recent years cant have been a top of the tree odi team either.
