Good Afternoon Sunderland Fans!

I like Henderson a lot and don't see why he can't become a top player for us.

His shooting is good, he can pick out a pass, he will get stronger and under Kenny he'll get the right guidance.

He would have had/was getting the right guidance under Brucey Bonus . . . . but the money was 'stupid'

. . . . and we've got a replacement in central midfield that is better than Jordan

Look out for, and remember the name . . . . Jack Colback is definately the lad

" but sadly I see him as a better player in the middle "

I don't understand the 'sadly' bit

What makes me think he will not be a good player for Liverpool?

To be honest mate it's just a feeling I have. He just doesn't look confident to me, and after paying such a lot of money for him, I don't think the Liverpool fans will have the patience that will be needed for the lad to progress.

Us Liverpool fans are a patient breed. He'll be fine.

I agree that he hasn't looked confident, however we have been VERY patient with him. It is fans of other clubs who haven't.

They seem to be accepting him now, STRUTH, so he must be looking confident now , bearing in mind he was being almost vilified ( a subject of ridicule, at least ) by some Liverpool fans until recently

posted on 1/11/11

I dont think any sensible LFC fan was expecting him to hit the ground running. I think we all knew he was bought more with the future in mind instead of the present. However his hard work on the training ground is earning him a starting position and is even keeping Kuyt out of the side.

Fair play to him

Unfortunately there are a lot of 'Liverpool fans' on here who aren't actually Liverpool fans. Be careful you don't fall into the trap of believing they are.

They serve the purpose of knocking the players and the manager and go on other boards trying to make us look bad. I know of at least five who are still active. My detective work has found them out but unfortunately I have made a mistake recently, so this time, i'm waiting until it's concrete before I disclose the candidates.

Any normal fan of any club, gives young players a chance to improve and that includes Liverpool fans.

That's what I expect of Liverpool fans

I know there are infiltrators about - we've got one on the Sunderland board, called Alice

posted on 1/11/11

Not an infiltrator at all. I'm just not happy with a fat obese geordie with a win record of 29 in 95 games and because I know he is incompetent you disagree with me. Furthermore, he has also said in recent weeks., 'WhAT DO THE FANS EXPECT WE ARE ONLY sUNDERLAND'. AND IF WE GET 3 POINTS OF BOLTON WE WILL BE EXACTLY WHERE WE WANT TO BE. ERM 9 PTS FORM 9 GAMES AND IN 14TH. I CAN'T IMAGINE DALGLISH SAYING THAT BUT THERE IS A BIG DIFFERENCE DALGLISH LOVES LIVERPOOL BRUCE LOVES ERM NEWCASTLE AS HE DEMONSTRATED BY GOING TO WATCH THEM AS A FAN 3 WEEKS AGO JUST COULDN'T SEE KENNY GOING TO OLD TRAFFORD AS A FAN SOMEHOW. YOU GORDON ARE DELUDED IF YOU THINK OBESE GEORDIE IDIOT BRUCE HAS SUNDERLANDS BEST INTEREST AT HEART WE GO TO NEWC WITH HIM IN CHARGE IN MARCH THEY WILL PUT 6 OR 7 PAST US

posted on 1/11/11

One thinks you may have caught a fish there Gordon...A certain poster seems to have bit like a piranah..

posted on 2/11/11

No argument to come back with that's all that is struth, Dalglish loves liverpool obese bruce loves newcastle. End of.

We can see the similarities between Brucey and Alice, can't we

posted on 4/11/11

Don't worry Alice, Sunderland will come good as the season goes on. Also I think Steve Bruce is a decent manager. Who would you prefer?

posted on 4/11/11

Alice isn't a Sunderland supporter . . . . he'd prefer Lawrie McEnemy

posted on 5/11/11

Gordon even mcenemy had a better record than bruce that says it all imo

Total and utter claptrap...

Err I know first hand about Lawrie McMenemy - he's useless!

He couldn't even last over a year with Northern Ireland and we just gave one useless manager four years.

posted on 8/11/11

It's Lawrie McEnemy, man

posted on 9/11/11

Struth I am afraid to tell you if you look it up mcenemy does have a better record than bruce

posted on 9/11/11

I bet he can't be bothered, simply 'cos he regards it as being completely irrelevant

I wonder what the detractors thought about Alex Ferguson the first time ( 'cos he's done it a few times ) he started from 'scratch' building the foundations, and his first team, at Old Trafford . . . . and I wonder whether or not they thought about doing it the Skunk way, which is to give managers absolutely no chance of building anything 'cos they want success 'immediately' or not at all

That, I think, will be the way 'STRUTH' will be thinking

posted on 10/11/11

How is having a worse record than mcmenemy irrelevant. You and struth both think mcenemy was useless therefore if bruce has a worse record that makes him worse than useless. The really embarrassing thing now is that Pardew over at whatever their ground is called now has already won 16 games our clueless managed has reached the dizzy heights of twenty six wins in his reign of forever. A track record of 2 walk out , one sacking and getting a team relegated from the premier league is pathetic. The bloke has been giving millions to spend bought 33 players, still hasn't got a left back and thinks elmohamady is a footballer. After 2 and a half years sunderland are 1 point above the relegation zone have a manager who turns up as a fan to watch newcastle and when he is criticised says 'What do people expect we are only Sunderland'. The bloke's a fool.
