Somebody needs to learn the meaning of "literally".
Also I want Stoke to win. Even though I like Newcastle and Stoke not so much, I want to gain points on Newcastle.
Could Newcastle finish high in the league after selling two of their best players, Enrique and Carroll? Remember Everton after selling Rooney.
Sorry Reds...been typing all day, just on autopilot now
fair comment, like i said its not ideal for us but just looking at the fixture without thinking about the table, i cant help but be impressed by Newcastle
they seem to have desire and a great will to win this year
Stoke are Stoke. No frills, boring and predictable IMO
@fitlfc again something that a lot of teams experience...the best players are often too heavily relied upon
its not a team game for nothing!
Alan Pardew is doing a monumental job at Newcastle, he should be first in line for the England job in my opinion.
I want Newcastle to win as Stoke are dirty b*stards
1-3 with a Demba Ba hatrick
The Newcastle team play for each other. With the high-cost players no longer there, the team have gelled; Guthrie is playing very well, good luck son, Stoke just didn't turn up, they were as as ineffective as WBA were against us. Ba is a handful, quick for a big lump, positioning perfect, but the main thing is their teamwork. They played more like a team unit than we have done so far. JimmyTheRed
Fair play, Newcastle are on fire.
Newcastle look very solid especially at the back. It’s no fluke. They are a decent side. I expected them to beat Stoke. At the moment Newcastle are more physical than Stoke or any other team. They have taller players than Stoke or any other team in the PL. They play physical football but they can mix their game. We will have some difficulties against them as we always do against physical teams. They play a lot of long ball. That is why Carroll looked good for them. He doesn’t get the same services here at Liverpool.
